Welcome!

Welcome to my new blog, Confections of a Preppy :)  I am so excited to finally have a name for my (potential) new business.  Many thanks to my dear friend K for coming up with the absolutely perfect name ;)

I just finished an order for party favors for a little boy's 4th birthday.  His mom wanted a nautical theme (appropriate, since we live on the coast!)

I don't have a sailboat cookie cutter (yet) so I made do with a circle.
(Now I just need to learn how to take pictures without my shadow...)

One of each design was packaged up together, and tied off with a blue ribbon.
It was so much fun to do these :)

    Love love love! And I totally love the circle cookie with the painted sailboat. Not sure you need a sailboat cookie cutter. Well, it is probably a good idea to have one in these parts but I think I prefer the round one- esp for little kids. Easier to eat. This is perfect for you. Your calling my dear!
